In this course, students will achieve an Intermediate Low proficiency level while practicing listening, reading, speaking, and writing, and learning concepts related to general health. Students will explore knowledge about the parts of the body and basic functioning, prevention strategies, and habits to stay physically and emotionally healthy. Focusing on food, physical exercise, and meditation, we will also explore realities for Latinx populations related to access to health.
