plot
the book talks aout a group of animals that are tired of being abused by the farmer so they take over the farm and create a new society, with new rules and where every animal has their role, but the pigs rise to power and rule the other animals

the book is a dystopic novel where the autor talks about dictatorships and revolutions in a satiric way, and it all starts with the russian revolution in 1917 when the bolsheviks murdered the entire royal family of the romanov and later the Stalin's dictatorship that started with establishing a new order based on equality but that later on becane an oppressive totalitarian regime
all the animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others

NAPOLEON
napoleon is the main antagonist of the novel, he becames the farm manager after kicking out Snowball, and transforms the farm into a dictatorship based on violence and propaganda, and he represents Stalin
SNOWBALL
Snowball was the pig tht was in power with Napoleon until he kicked him out, he represents the opposition, so Trotskij, he is charismatic and he can write, he reduced the seven emendements to one so even the animals who couldn't read could remember it, after Napoleon kicked him out of the farm he was blamed for everything that didn't work
MAJOR
major was the older pig, he was respected by all the animals, he was perceived as wise and he was the one that convinced the animals to rebel against Mr Jones with a speech that had the message of equality and freedom,that was later twisted by the pigs, thing that led to a tiranny, and he represents Marx and Lenin
MR JONES AND MR FREDERICK
Mr Jones is the farmer that mistreated the animald and that was kicked out of the farm by the animals amd he represents the tsar Nicola II, Mr Frederick is the farmer of the nearby farm that unites with Jones to reconquist the farm and represents Hitler
