Need to transfer a call?
Keep it smooth and seamless for the client by following these steps:
- Keep the line active – Do not place the caller on hold.
- Click Transfer.
- Click Lines to view your transfer options.
- Select the appropriate destination (ex: tap Nursing Station to transfer the call to the nurses).
- Once you click the correct line, you’re all set — you can hang up, and the call will transfer automatically within a few seconds.
