Need to transfer a call?

Keep it smooth and seamless for the client by following these steps:

  • Keep the line active – Do not place the caller on hold.
  • Click Transfer.
  • Click Lines to view your transfer options.
  • Select the appropriate destination (ex: tap Nursing Station to transfer the call to the nurses).
  • Once you click the correct line, you’re all set — you can hang up, and the call will transfer automatically within a few seconds.
