Automation Groups
Automations can be organized and filtered using Automations Groups. HQ accounts can sync Automation Groups to their child accounts when creating a new group or an existing one. Syncing Automation Groups only syncs the group. It does not sync the Automations within the group.

Forms
HQ users can create, manage, and synchronize forms across child locations in their HQ account, under a form's Access Management tab. With flexible syncing options and centralized management tools, HQ users can ensure consistency, improve operational efficiency, and maintain control over forms pushed to child accounts.

Contact Tags
Tags are a great way to identify and categorize contacts. They can be especially helpful when grouping specific segment of contacts based on data that isn't being captured in Xplor Growth and/or your booking software. If there is a particular tag you are looking to track across the franchise, you can easily create it at the HQ level and sync it to the franchisee accounts!

You can sync merge tags to your child accounts, which is especially useful when creating automations or scheduled emails at the HQ level. As an HQ user, you can add Scheduled Emails directly to the Calendar of any of your Child Account's. From your Calendar page, you will click the Create New button and select Pushed Corporate Email:

Any updates made to Landing Pages at the HQ level can be applied across all accounts. Additionally, you can decide whether a page is synced to all child accounts or selected ones, providing more control over page distribution.

- Navigate to your Assets and see if you have any saved Email Templates
- If you do not have any email templates, create one to use for your regular newsletter

- Click Create an Automation > Browse Our Templates > select the 30 Day Winback campaign
- Add an additional Goal of having/starting a Membership
- Update the copy inside of the first email that sends out when someone joins this auto-campaign
- Add a text that will be sent 1 hour after someone joins this auto-campaign
- Navigate to the Sync page for the auto-campaign to see what it looks like (you DO NOT have to sync this campaign with your child accounts yet)
- If you add a new location, repeat the steps above, and instead of "share with franchisees" click "unshare with franchisees" and then "share with franchisees" again.
- Sharing templates is across all or no accounts, so to share with a new location requires unsharing with everyone to reshare with everyone.

- Navigate to your Company Brand
- Confirm your Company Brand settings are correct
- If you make any changes to your Company Brand, reach out to the Xplor Growth team to have them push the branding settings to all your child accounts

- Click Marketing > Forms > Create a new Form
- Within the form, click the Access Management tab
- You DO NOT have to sync this form with your hild accounts yet
- You will need to have the segment created in each child account to send to the intended group of contacts.
- You do not need to set the email as "Ready to be Sent" in the HQ account in order for it to send in the child accounts. As long as you do not check the editable box before pushing to a Child Account, it will sync as "Ready to be Sent" in the Child Account.

Login to your Xplor Growth HQ account and ...
- Navigate to the Settings page and click on Merge Tags
- Create at least 1 Franchise Merge Tag
- Schedule Page
- Buy Page
- Location URL (the specific page for that location on your website, if applicable)
- Navigate to one of your child accounts and update the field for that specific Merge Tag for that location

- Login to your Xplor Growth HQ account and create a Pushed Corporate Email about a new promotion you'll be offering at all of your studios.
- Do not select any hild accounts to push the email to yet.
- You can save the email as "Save in progress" so that it doesn't automatically send.
