Learners who may be a good fit for Flex include those who:
- often need more schedule flexibility than traditional models allow
- have engaged families who are active partners in the learning process
- may have specific academic, social, or logistical needs that make flexible pacing beneficial
CCA Flex is a personalized, flexible learning program at CCA designed for learners who:
- Want to demonstrate mastery in personalized ways
- Have highly involved learning coaches who want to partner closely with teachers
- Benefit from non-traditional pacing and delivery
- Thrive in project-based and self-directed learning environments
- Do not utilize synchronous lessons for learning
In conjunction with the Flex Team, each Learner has an individual:
- Flex Path Profile – A comprehensive overview of the family’s learning environment and schedule, highlighting their preferred learning style, strengths, and areas for growth.
