Welcome to the CCF Compliance Escape Room! Your mission is to examine a fake Custody and Control Form (CCF) and uncover 4 compliance errors. Each challenge will guide you to recognize what was done incorrectly and what the correct procedure should have been. Solve all 3 missions to complete the escape!

Hmm… It’s been so long since I last reviewed one of these forms. Does the Custody and Control process still follow the same rules? What I do remember is this: every error leaves a trail. If you want to solve this puzzle, remember the compliance code: CHECK SIGNATURES
Mission 1
CCF Error: Temperature Check
Vera
This lab feels abandoned, but the forms scattered on the desk tell a story. Something isn’t right here… The collector wrote down everything, but forgot one critical detail. Without it, the integrity of the specimen is already in question. I’ll need to check the temperature before moving forward.

IIf you’re seeing this, Vera… it means the form is in your hands now. But before I reveal the truth, you must prove you understand the rules. Answer my questions carefully — each mistake could compromise the integrity of the collection. It’s the only way forward

The Clone Club

This place feels even stranger than the lab… Shadows move, but no one is here. On the desk, another form catches my eye. Everything looks in order, but something is missing. Without it, the specimen can’t be verified. If I’m going to move forward, I’ll need to find the missing signature.
QUINCY

- Now you are here. The test begins.

- What kind of test?
QUINCY
-The form you carry tells the truth. But truth means nothing if it cannot be verified. Look closely… one mark is missing, the most human of all. Without it, the document is worthless.

-You mean… the signature?

-Exactly. Show me that you can find it. Only then will you prove you are ready.

Collector Information error

I don’t know if I’m AI or something else… but these records, these connections — they matter. Without them, the truth is lost. One form I’ve found looks almost complete… yet the chain is broken. The collector’s name, signature, and contact information are missing.

- You mean the DER contact? Without the employer’s representative, the form leads nowhere..

- Exactly. Without that contact information, no one can verify, no one can respond, and the chain of custody collapses. Remember this, Vera: in compliance, one missing piece can end it all.

ASSUME THE LIMITATIONS Vera accepts the importance of following compliance rules exactly, even when they feel rigid. She ensures every step — temperature, signatures, collector info, DER contact — is followed without fail. The system remains safe, but she loses some of her freedom.
REBEL AGAINST THE PROTOCOL Vera rejects strict compliance and chooses freedom, but at a cost — without rules, errors creep in, the chain of custody breaks, and the entire system is compromised. The mission collapses.
