Standard PacketExecution Priority

STANDARD SCHEDULING

With Standard Scheduling, Intuiflow will prioritize orders in the following manner:

1.

By Expedite, most urgent to least urgent

By Priority, with zero being most urgent

3.

By Due Date, sorted earliest to latest

4.

By Order Number, sorted alphabetically ascending

PACKET SCHEDULING

With Packet Scheduling, Intuiflow will build Hierarchal relationships between individual work orders.

Packets are created based on the finished good's BoM.

Priority is determined by caclulating the running balances for child parts and determining in what order items need to be scheduled.

Packet scheduling makes sure work orders are scheduled to that needed materials are available at the right time
