This project centered on creating a 60-minute instructor-led training designed to help college-aged leaders explore growth mindset through the lens of the Hero’s Journey. By using recognizable story characters such as Harry Potter, Frodo, Moana, and Zuko, the session made leadership growth approachable and memorable. While the characters gave participants a common connecting point, the facilitator will weave in their own leadership experiences for each stage of the Hero’s Journey.
