What time do you wake up?

I always wake up at 5:30 in the morning to go to work

What do you do when you get up in the morning?

First, I take a shower, brush my teeth, get dressed, and make my bed. Then, I prepare my breakfast.

How do you go to work?

My husband usually drives me to work. I rarely take the bus.

Where do you work?

I work for a coffee exporting company. I'm the administrative director. I like my job because I love coffee; its smell is incredible.

What do you do in your workplace?

In my job, I have to oversee exports, assist customers, and generally handle everything related to employees. Sometimes, I have to assist with coffee packaging and shipping operations.

What time do you have lunch?

Every day, I go out to lunch with my colleagues at 12:30. I rarely eat my lunch in the office. After lunch, I always have a cup of coffee.

Where do you take lunch?

I usually have lunch at the restaurant across the street from my office. I like it because the food is varied. Occasionally, I go home to have lunch with my husband.

When do you get off work?

I always leave work at 5 p.m., I hardly ever stay overtime.

What do you do when you get off work?

When I get off work, I go home, put on my workout clothes, and go to the gym. Afterward, I take a shower and make dinner.

What time do you have dinner?

I usually have dinner at 8 pm, but sometimes, when I work from home, I have dinner at 7 pm.

What time do you go to sleep?

Every day, I go to sleep at 10:30 pm, after watching a little TV with my husband.

What do you do on days off?

On my days off, I usually visit my family. Occasionally, I go for a walk at the lake, and I also like to go shopping. In general, I try to rest as much as possible.
