Lesson on Barrack and Michelle Obama’s presentation. This document is a video . This video is very important because Barrack Obama and his wife talk about bullying. The goal of the video is to raise awareness and warn people about bullying. There is a meeting at the White house but also online on this topic. Before, bullying was an unavoidable part of growing up in the United States; it was considered as normal. What has changed is that now there are internet and phones, so bullying follows students from school to their houses. The good news is that there is a growing movement lead by student who are trying to stop bullying. Growing = grandir unavoidable = inévitable to try = essayer
Bullying = harcèlement raise awarness = sensibiliser
warn = prévenir / avertir people = personne
to lead = mener follow = suivre
