In the applicable scenarios, when you are creating the Commercial Proposal, Salesforce will offer you the option to select the existing frame contract. Reminder: A Frame Contract is the Current Contract that was signed with the client.
You want to keep the same fees and terms, and the same payor.
No new fees or terms need to be introduced.
The Client (or Contracted Agency if applicable) does not require to sign new paperwork.
When you select a in the , you will see a screen asking you questions related to the 3 points above. If your answer falls into the applicable use cases, when you click on "Next" you will be redirected to the page (Order is introduced later in the module). From the Order page, you will be able to send an email confirmation* to the client. The email template uses approved language and contains specific information needed for the approval exchange to be valid. The client needs to approve or reject by replying to the email. (*process is pendig SF1 development, more details to be shared during live training). Note: the above process is particularly relevant for CMax users.
