Access the Commerical Email
Let's walk through the steps of accessing the Comericial Email template in Salesforce. To return to the main page click the home icon.
Start
From a Contact, Lead or Opportunity record, click Email.
Click Insert, create, or update template.
Click Insert a template.
Search for Commercial Email.
Select Commercial Email.
The template is inserted and you are able to add any needed text. When ready, click Send.
Review Complete!
