Unit for Advice and Labor Support in Research (UASLR)
At Unit for Advice and Labour Support in Research (UASLR):
- We assist and advise the staff of the university's research groups.
- We provide guidance for the proper management of human resources, ensuring the most efficient service possible while guaranteeing compliance with various regulatory frameworks.
- We act as a bridge in managing an area that lies between the R&D&I Department and the Personnel Department, adapting to the needs of research faculty.
- We facilitate communication channels to connect with research staff and collaborate with technical staff on national and European projects.
- We design applications to streamline communication and information systems for research staff, helping them make use of the university’s technological tools and providing relevant information for decision-making.

The Talent Recruitment Unit (UCT) is part of the UPC's Personnel Service. It supports the planning, organization, and execution of actions aimed at attracting, recruiting, and retaining research talent in alignment with UPC's strategic directions.
