Running through the heart of the development from north to south, this area will be home to a range of new homes. It will also feature the Spine Road and the eastern and western loops, all arranged around a central green space that provides a focal point for the community.
Village Core
Located to the northeast of the scheme, the village core delivers a mix of uses, including the village centre that will provide a central facility for new and existing villagers, a new primary school, shops and residential properties built to a maximum height of three storeys.
