The Whiteboard is a touch-friendly canvas on the DTen: tap to draw, jot notes, or sketch flows. If you’re in a Zoom meeting, the board will be shared live; when you’re done, send a PNG Image to your email address.
- Pen — Freehand draw on the canvas.
- Eraser — Remove strokes by swiping over them.
- Colors — Pick the ink colr for Pen
- Shapes — Insert basic shapes (line, arrow, rectangle, circle)
- Undo — Revert the last action.
- Trash — Clear the entire current page (can’t be undone).
- Moon — Toggle dark background for high-contrast drawing.
- Add Page — Create another whiteboard page
- Save — Email the current page as a PNG image.
- Close — Exit Whiteboard and return to the previous screen.

Sharing Content The DTen allows content sharing from another computer, laptop, or mobile device using the Zoom Client.
Steps to share content on the DTen:
- Open the Zoom Client on your computer, laptop, or mobile device.
- Select the Share Screen button.
- Enter the Sharing Key or Meeting ID and select Share Screen. This will share your screen and include your device’s audio.

The DTEN D7 has four physical menu buttons located on the back side of the display, going from top to bottom: Volume Up, Volume Down, Menu, and Power.
Menu Buttons:
Volume Up will increase the speaker volume
Volume Down will decrease the speaker volume
Menu Button is used to access the DTEN Dashboard, where you can find settings, firmware information, and other functions (ATC Only)
Power Button is used to power on or off the DTEN D7

The DTEN D7 has four physical menu buttons located on the back side of the display, going from top to bottom: Volume Up, Volume Down, Menu, and Power.
Menu Buttons:
Volume Up will increase the speaker volume
Volume Down will decrease the speaker volume
Menu Button is used to access the DTEN Dashboard, where you can find settings, firmware information, and other functions (ATC Only)
Power Button is used to power on or off the DTEN D7
