Objectifs de la formation

Objectifs de la formation

• Découvrir, comprendre et maîtriser les règles de sécurité en vigueur chez Eurogerm SAS.

• Connaître la conduite à tenir en cas d’incidents (incendie, accidents...).

• Découvrir les bonnes pratiques à appliquer au quotidien.

Formation obligatoire pour tout salarié entrant sur le site (CDI, CDD, stagiaire, intérimaire...)

La victime ne sera jamais autorisée à rentrer par ses propres moyens, ni même être raccompagnée chez elle, ou transportée aux urgences par une personne d’Eurogerm, même SST. Seuls une ambulance ou un taxi (affrété par Eurogerm) pourront transporter la victime.

• Saint Apollinaire : cafétéria et production (vers bureaux de production).
• Quetigny : cafétéria à la production, entrée R&D et entrée du pilote.
• Saint Apollinaire 2 : entrée usine.

Circulation en étant piéton :

Des conditions doivent être respectées pour conduire.

• Doivent obligatoirement emprunter les allées piétonnes (matérialisées par des bandes jaunes)

• Ne doivent pas surprendre les caristes par leur comportement.

Un plan de circulation est mis en place sur site.

Circulation en étant cariste:

• Doivent klaxonner aux intersections dangereuses et passages de portes

Risques généraux

Chutes de plain-pied

Pour les déplacements pédestres :

• Je tiens la rampe dans les escaliers

• Je regarde où je mets les pieds et suis attentif à mon environnement

• Je porte des chaussures de sécurité dans les zones le nécessitant

• Je balise et nettoie (ou fais nettoyer) si je vois une zone glissante

• Je respecte les cheminements piétons (marquage au sol jaune) en production

Manutention & Postures

Manutention mécanique :

• Palettes et/ou colis lourds : j’utilise les équipements de manutention adaptés (chariots, transpalettes...).
• Je dispose également d’autres moyens tels que les tables élévatrices.
• Je respecte les règles de manutentions mécaniques (CACES).

Manutention manuelle :

• Je fléchis les jambes pour soulever une charge au sol.

• Je maintiens le dos droit.

• Je maintiens la charge au plus près du corps.

• Je me fais aider si la charge est trop lourde.

Les TMS

Les Troubles MusculoSquelettiques : Maladies qui touchent les tissus mous autour des articulations.

Les Facteurs aggravants : Les TMS sont d'origine multifactorielle :
