Modifying a published dataset

Introduction

After selecting your dataset, you can:

• Add, modify, delete files
• Modify/complete the metadata of the dataset
• Modify the terms of use as well as the access authorizations

There are two ways to do this:

Via the "Edit dataset" menu (option 1)

From the "Files" tab (option 2)

What would you like to consult? Click on the option you want.

Option 1: the "Edit dataset" menu

This menu allows you for a dataset:

• to add files

• to modify/complete the metadata

• to modify the terms of use as well as the access authorizations

Click on the + icon to see the step-by-step tutorial.

Option 2: From the "Files" tab

It is also possible to modify a published dataset via the “Files” tab by clicking on the two buttons “+ Upload files” and “Modify files”.

Delete one or more files

Republishing the dataset

Any changes require publishing the dataset again! Consider resubmitting for review or republishing according to your rights.
