Before starting the transmission, you can quickly access the settings of the event. This includes choosing the number of subtitle lines you would like to display and selecting the right microphone source for your event, among other options. Let's explore these settings.

Once you are on this page or on-the-go, you'll have access to three categories of settings: Preset, A/V, and Event.

To ensure a great translation experience during your event, it's crucial to choose the right microphone source through the A/V settings. This can be done by selecting the microphone that is being used by the speakers.

Account Settings
Welcome to your account customization page! Here, you can easily tailor your account to suit your preferences. You have the option to upload a logo or an avatar image to represent your account, change the displayed name, select your preferred spoken language and your preferred subtitle language. Please note that English is set as the default option, but you can always change this later.

Generating QR codes
For every Event you create, a QR code will be generated automatically. This QR code can be downloaded or sent via email. Your attendees need to scan this code to access their personal page, where they can read real-time subtitles on their mobile phones.
Subtitles language selection
Please, keep in mind that by default, English subtitles are enabled. However, you can change this preference now or modify it as you go. Additionally, your attendees will have the option to choose their preferred language for caption display on their mobile devices, regardless of your selection in this section.
To capture the microphones from the audio console into the computer, you would need a digital audio interface. If you don't see your audio source listed in this section, ensure that your computer is recognizing your source in your computer settings.

Alternatively, you may customize the language options to your attendees' preferences. Please note that English is the default language. Your selection will be saved automatically upon clicking outside the combo box.
By default, attendees can follow along by reading the speaker’s translation through subtitles. To make the experience even more accessible, you can turn on the Voice-Assisted Subtitles feature, which will read the subtitles aloud for attendees. Your attendees are welcome to use their headphones. Just remember to enable this option before your event begins
