One County will present a challenge they are facing. They'll have 5 minutes. Rest of participants will have 3 mintues to ask clarifying questions (not solutions-based questions). ABDUCTION (you can stay close, but you must stay silent) Remaining teams will have 20 minutes to solve the challenge for the abducted team.
