FINAL REMARKS
This course marked an essential step towards promoting the inclusion of adults over 55 in the labour market.
Throughout the course, we explored strategies to combat ageism, value accumulated experience and support meaningful career paths.
Combining andragogical, geragogical and digital methods, mentors developed skills to build trusting relationships, promote the autonomy of mentees and adapt the mentoring process to different realities.
More than a technique, mentoring is a human connection.
By supporting active ageing with empathy, listening and strategic vision, mentors become agents of change — promoting inclusion, lifelong learning and a more sustainable society.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
Continue to inspire, support, and transform.
