Does Omind have access to my client's identity?
I can't log in

Create your coach account

To create your account :

  • Go to https://hub.omind.me/sign-up
  • Enter your email address and choose a password. Please note that you must enter the email address you provided to Omind.
  • You will then receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder!).
  • Your account has been created! You can now log in.

Log in

To log in :

  • Go to https://hub.omind.me
  • Enter your e-mail address and password
  • If necessary, click on "forgot password" to reset your password

Create a new client

To add a client :

  • Log in to your hub space
  • On the My Clients home page, click
  • Enter their last name, first name, email address, and journey
  • Your client is added to your space.
Here, you can not only create the client but also launch a journey
  • Select the journey you want to launch
  • At this point, your client has not yet been notified
  • Notify them by clicking on the "Send invitation" button

Launch a client's journey

To launch a journey:

  • In general, you will have launched the journey when you created the client's profile
If not:
  • Click on your client's name
  • Once on their profile, click on Add a journey
  • Select the desired journey
  • Notify your customer by sending them the e-mail shown opposite.

My client has not received an invitation to create their account.

Track progress

To track your clients' progress:

  • The My Clients home page gives you a quick overview of all your clients:
Not started / In progress / Completed
  • For more details, click on the name of the client you want to view.
  • You will be taken to their profile with their information and current progress.

Close a journey

To close a customer journey:2 reasons to close a client's journey

  • if the journey has not been started and you know that the customer will not complete the journey
  • once a journey has been completed
Once the journey has been closed, you and your client will still have access to the results.

Edit client's info

To edit client information :

  • From the My client home page, click on the name of the customer you wish to edit
  • Select next to the name, then Edit information

Can my clients edit their own information? Yes, your clients can edit their own information in their My.Omind.me client's platform.

Delete a client's journey

If your client has not started their journey, you can delete their profile:

  • From the My clients home page, click on the name of the client you wish to edit
  • Select next to their name, then Delete
To delete several clients:
  • From the My clients home page, select the clients you wish to delete, then click on Delete.

I can't delete the profile(s). If your client has already started their journey, it is not possible to delete them. You'll have to wait until the end of the journey to close it.

Order additional seats

To track your credits :

  • Click on the My account menu
  • Go to the My credits tab
  • Here you can see the number of seats still available

  • Reach out by email and tell us how many you need

Does Omind have access to my client' identity?
  • No, Omind does not have access to your customers' identities.
  • Omind has access to your customers' anonymized data for data processing purposes only, in particular for calculating results.
