Helius, the Seeing Eye

A garlean with a knack for seeing. His partner may well be lurking in the background (canon character). OOC info: As a fun little bonus, I have a book specifically about using the canon cards for divination and reference that in my RP tarot. I haven't RPed him much outside of a 1-on-1 setting but I'm very interested in using him for tarot. It's happened organically in a venue once before!
