Plan | Suivre la procédure sans oubli. Do | Utiliser une fiche mémo pendant 3 essais, puis sans fiche. Check | Observer en en situation + feedback immédiat. Act | Si résultat visible → ancrage à prévoir ; sinon →ajuster.
