I am a Senior Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist at the National & Specialist CAMHS Trauma, Anxiety, and Depression Clinic at the Maudsley Hospital in London. I specialise in the assessment and treatment of PTSD in children and adolescents, and have supported recovery following major incidents such as the Grenfell Tower fire. My background includes research on body dysmorphic disorder and OCD, and I currently work as a trial therapist and project manager for the Online PTSD Treatment for Young People and Carers (OPTYC) study. I’m trained in CBT and third-wave approaches, and regularly provide teaching and training to postgraduate psychology students and CAMHS professionals.

"I am a Specialist Clinical Psychologist at the National & Specialist CAMHS Trauma, Anxiety, and Depression Clinic at the Maudsley Hospital in London. I work with children, young people, and families affected by single-incident and multiple traumas, anxiety disorders, OCD, and depression. I have a particular interest in the impact of race, culture, and trauma, and in supporting young people from diverse and minoritised backgrounds, including looked-after and adopted children. I’m trained in trauma-focused CBT, narrative exposure therapy, and compassion-focused therapy. My doctoral research explored Functional Neurological Disorder from a faith and cultural perspective. I also teach on the CYP-IAPT programme at King’s College London and provide training to NHS professionals.."
