Add Users to Get Started With Parts App
Our PSG Team will book a session with you to set up Parts App, providing you with a licence key. Once that's done, follow the steps below to add users to Parts App.
1. In Gold, navigate to Personnel Security File. Windows Gold: System Management > Set-up & Security > Personnel Security File Classic Gold: System Management > Security > Personnel Security File
2. Input the users Gold password or select them from the list.
3. Navigate to the Email tab and input an email address if there is not one present.
Note: This cannot be a shared email address that is in use by any other Gold users already; each Portal login requires unique credentials.

4. Navigate to the Security tab. 5. Ensure the Application User? field is set to Yes. If it is set to No, change it to Yes. Then, enter and confirm a password (must be at least 8 characters and include at least one letter, one number, and one special character).
6. Navigate to the Applications tab. 7. Select Gold Parts App.
8. Select Amend.

9. Set the licence status to Active.
10. Select OK.
11. Return to the main menu and select Save when prompted.
12. The user is now set up and can sign in to Parts App.
- User to enter their Username.
- User to enter their given Password.
- The URL field is your Gold Portal address formatted as: https://dealername.ibcos.gold (replace dealername with yours).
