The first challenge we were in front of was understanding which user segments were responding to our product and how much were they willing to pay for it. Here is how we solved that,

When we knew what the users wanted we tested their needs with Google ads.
Created Google display ads with A/B/C/D/E message tests.
Measured CTR% on the ad side and registrations from campaings in the app.
Weekly turned poor performing ads off and iterated on the ones that worked.
Lowered CAC by 18% to registered user, but conversion weren’t drastically improving

NEEDED TO PROVE TRACTION TO GET FUNDED
This playbook was run @ KOBI - a mobile app that helps dyslexic children learn to read. The app was launched successfully on a local market, validating the product, but was unable to secure an investment due to lack of traction and predictabiltiy.
