Heater won't turn on
The heater has no power or display even when plugged into a working power source.
What You Can Do
Make sure the POWER TOGGLE SWITCH is turned ON, then Press the Standby Button to operate.
Ensure the heater is standing upright on a flat, stable surface. The Tip-Over Protection will disable power if the unit is tilted or knocked over.
Check your power source and ensure your 240V socket is operational, or if using in a 12V system please check the inverter and battery bank for power/battery capacity.
Check any fuses or breakers in your system to ensure they are not broken/disconnected.

Heater suddenly shuts off while in use
The heater unexpectedly powers off during operation.
Possible Causes
The heater’s tip-over protection feature may have been triggered.
The Open Window function may be enabled. This feature shuts off the heater if it detects a sudden drop in room temperature of more than 2 degrees.
The timer function was set and time elapsed.
The heater may not be plugged in properly.
There may be an issue with the power supply.
What You Can Do
Place the heater in a stable, upright position to deactivate the tip-over protection and allow it to resume operation.
Turn off the Open Window function by pressing the Open Window button.
Power on the device again.
Ensure the power plug is securely connected to a power source.
Check the power source for any outages, loose connections, inverter issues, and battery capacity.

While operating in P1, P2, or P3 Mode, pressing the and buttons has no effect.
Details
In P1, P2, or P3 preset modes, the and buttons are disabled by design.
What You Can Do
Exit to Mode Selection and adjust the temperatures for the Comfort and Eco modes according to your preference.
After adjusting, return to your preferred preset program (P1, P2, or P3 Mode) and the desired temperature settings will be applied automatically within those modes.

Unable to adjust the temperature in Anti-frost Mode
When using Anti-frost Mode, the heater maintains a fixed low temperature, and the and buttons for adjusting temperature do not respond.
Details
Anti-frost Mode is designed to maintain a fixed temperature of 7°C when the ambient temperature falls to 7°C or below.
Temperature adjustment buttons ( and ) are disabled by design in this mode to ensure consistent frost protection.
What You Can Do
If you wish to adjust the temperature, please switch to a different heating mode such as Comfort, Eco, or another preset program.
