Self-Cleaning Ovens

All ovens include pyrolytic self-clean. Racks and sidewalls must be removed.

Design Variants

Although all are Professional, each of these can still be customized with 5 knob color options, and/or a brass bezel finish. Cooktop and oven logic remain identical across the line. Oven Interior & Racking: All models use cobalt-blue porcelain interiors. Two full-extension ball-bearing racks included standard. Halogen lighting with softened edge diffusion.

Connectivity & Monitoring

All models include WiFi with mobile notifications and remote oven status. Remote start and programming available via Wolf app.

Dual VertiFlow™ Convection System

Features two columnar fans paired with dedicated heating elements mounted vertically along the rear wall — creating balanced, pressurized airflow that surrounds food from every angle, maintains exact cavity temps even with door openings, and supports true multi-rack cooking without flavor or moisture crossover.

Ceramic Glass Induction Surface

Frameless black ceramic glass with etched zone outlines. Sealed surface resists spills and scratches. Includes bridge zones for griddle and oversized cookware.
