Workshop 1: AI in the Teaching and Learning Process in Higher Education
Pedro Chana (Comillas)
Holds a PhD in Physiotherapy and serves as a lecturer, researcher, and academic coordinator at Universidad Pontificia Comillas. He leads initiatives in educational innovation, digital health, and the integration of AI in higher education. He also manages interdisciplinary projects and oversees the SOUL Fab Lab, a digital fabrication lab for healthcare. His work bridges academic research with practical applications in teaching and clinical practice.
Workshop 2: AI in Education from the student's point of view
Vincent Enrico (Limoges)
Digital pedagogy ingeneer at Limoges University (International Department): works on teacher support and instructional design for EU Peace (WP2 : Transforming Curricula and WP3 : Internationalization of Teacher Education) Lecturer at the University Institute of Teacher Education (Inspé) & at the ICT Virtual Campus (CVTic)
Workshop 3: The AI chatbot as a University didactic sparring partner
Katharina Hombach (Marburg)
Is an educational scientist specialising in continuing education and has been working at University Marburg for six years, where she is currently head of the unit for teaching development and university didactics. Prior to her current position, she worked for ten years at various universities in teacher training. Her main areas of work are didactic counselling, qualification of teachers, coaching, accompanying research and AI in university teaching.
Workshop 4: Artificial Intelligence and Healing Education: The Educational Role of Bibliotherapy and Musicotherapy in Primary Schooling
Mirzana Pašić (Sarajevo)
Associate Professor of Literature and head of the Department of Elementary Class Education at the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Educational Sciences, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as a contemporary Bosnian writer and member of the Writers' Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina and other literary organizations in BiH and abroad.
Merima Čaušević (Sarajevo)
Full professor at the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Educational Sciences and she teaches courses in the music teaching methodology and music culture. Since May 2025 she has been the president of the Musicological Society in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. She has gained significant pedagogical experience in working with children and young people of different ages.
Workshop 5: Inteligent Course Design and Digital Skills: Integrating AI in to University Teaching
Robert Sliskovic (Mostar)
Is a software engineer at SUMIT, University of Mostar. He develops in-house applications for public and private sectors, focusing on digitalization in education and public administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is passionate about technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.

Workshop 6: Building Bridges
Inanç Eti (Cukurova)
Is a distinguished Associate Professor and Drama Instructor in the Department of Early Childhood Education at Çukurova University, where he has taught Creative Drama in Education, Environmental Education in the Early Years, and related courses since 2009. Between 2023 and 2025, he served as a Workshop Leader for the European Drama Encounter (EDERED), facilitating intensive intercultural drama workshops and culminating performances for youth theatre participants.
Social Activity
Amira Nour (Calabria)
PhD student in Chemistry at the University of Calabria, Italy, where she also earned her Master’s in Sustainable Materials. She is currently a PhD student representative in the EUPEACE Alliance. Her work focuses on sustainable materials for water remediation. Amira also serves as a teaching assistant at Alexandria University, Egypt. At the workshop, she will speak on encouraging the responsible use of AI tools in scientific education.
Johanna Lea Korell (Giessen)
Is a postdoctoral researcher for Spanish at the Centre for Competence Development at the University of Giessen. Her main areas of work and research include teaching and learning Romance languages, with a particular focus on digitalization and artificial intelligence, as well as teacher education.

Jan Hartman (West Bohemia)
Lecturer of English and the Vice-Director for Education at the Institute of Applied Language Studies at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. At the Institute, he is also the official contact person for AI-related matters. Jan actively uses AI to enhance his teaching and seeks solutions to maximize the effectiveness of in-class education.
Tereza Havránková (West Bohemia)
Is an Assistant Professor and Vice Dean for Internationalization at University of West Bohemia. She is an expert in flipped learning and has previously taught elementary through high school levels across public, private, and language schools. Leads workshops on integrating technology into education and teaches courses at the Faculty of Education on technology integration in language classes and didactics. As part of her doctoral research, she focused on flipped learning in online language classes.
