This guide is to help you make the most out of the facilities available to you. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask us for assistance

You are able to borrow materials as soon as you receive your EDHEC student card. you are able to borrow the following:

  • up to 8 books for a limit of three weeks,
  • up to 4 magazines for a limit of one week
If no-one has reserved these materials in the meantime, you can renew your borrowings, online on your reader account, on demand by email, phone, or at the library front desk for a period of one week, renewable several times if the document is not booked.

If you return any materials late, you will not be able to borrow anything else for an equal time period. If you return materials late on four occasions, you will be excluded from the borrowing facilities in the library.

LIBRARY RULES

Library items must not be marked, defaced, mutilated or damaged in any way. A replacement copy will be required for damaged or lost materials.

In exchange of your student card, the latest copies of periodicals and books with a yellow label stating "hors prêt / On reserve" can be read in the reading room. This facility is strictly reserved for the use of EDHEC Business School faculty and students. In case of library rule’s noncompliance, the Library staff is authorized to remove and exclude individuals from the Library’s premises. It is forbidden to bring food or drinks into the library (with the exception of water)..

The library is quiet work zone and talking should be kept to minimum. Thank you for your consideration of others.

Library / Information Desk Monday to Friday 8.30am-7pm

A computer connected to the Library online catalogue, to verify the availability of documents. Required and recommended books from your syllabus, dictionary, DVD, language learning material, … Periodicals and newspapers, On show, a selection of the latest acquisitions, books and chapters published by EDHEC Faculty.
