  • 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or almonds
  • ½ cup berries of choice (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

Instructions
