How do i report suspicIous expense report activity?
Expense report activity that appears unusual or suspicious can be reported directly to Internal Control by completing VNA's Expense Report Review Form, an online notification that may even be sent anonymously to our team highlighting the activity in question. Do NOT investigate on your own. Instead send your concern directly to us for review. We take each claim seriously and determine the proper approach and next steps on a case-by-case basis.
