The DiSC method is a personality assessment tool that categorizes individuals into four primary behavior types: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). It helps people understand their own behavior and communication styles, as well as those of others. This method is important because it promotes better teamwork, improves communication, and enhances leadership by fostering self-awareness and mutual understanding in both personal and professional settings.
