Instructional System Designers
Each core subject at 21CCCS has a content developer who works closely with teachers to create our courses in Schoology that are aligned to PA standards. In addition to holding a valid Level II PA teaching certificate and instructional experience, they are skilled in curriculum writing and learner experience design.
ISD keeps our digital learning running smoothly. They manage the backend of our learning management system (LMS), Schoology, with completing tasks such as course and gradebook set-up, proper integration of third party applications, and more. In addition to regular maintenance tasks, they are integral in ensuring the LMS is properly speaking to other systems such as our student information system (SIS).
The Instructional Technology Specialist leads the integration of digital tools and resources, drives the implementation of cutting-edge educational technology, and supports professional development of teachers to continually improve our learning environment focused on student success.

The Multimedia & Communications Specialist supports internal and external communication at 21CCCS by collaborating with staff to plan, create, and publish educational media and other content. In addition, there is focus on editing digital content for use on learning platforms, managing media channels, and enhancing communication strategies to keep the school community informed and engaged.
