You're working on a team project with three other learners. Two of your teammates strongly disagree on how to approach a task. One wants to take a fast, low-effort route; the other insists on a detailed and time-consuming plan. Both expect you to support their side. The discussion is getting tense, and progress is stalling.

Your challenge is to help the group move forward, promote collaboration, and ensure that all voices are heard. Choose a strategy that maintains teamwork and encourages compromise. Being collaborative doesn’t mean picking sides — it means finding common ground. ✅ Try: “Let’s list the pros and cons of each idea and find a balance.” ❌ Avoid: “We don’t have time for this argument. Let’s just do it my way.”
