HyFlow is FCSL's proprietary Hydrogen dispenser. HyFlow is fully compliant with all J2601 protocols, enabling unrivalled customer choice. The system is future proofed with all equipment sized to enable T40 protocols with mass flow rates up to 120g/s. Cloud connectivity and OIML compliant mass flow meters allow automated billing.
Tube Trailer Offtake Panel
Provides a connection from Tube Trailer supplies to the system. These panels automate pressurisation, leak testing, bank switching and de-pressurisation, removing the operator from a potential hazardous environment.
Isolation Panel
These panels are provided between each connection, allowing service personnel to isolate aspects of the system and depressurise them, enabling a safe, efficient operating environment.
HyFleet is FCSL's proprietary compression and gas management system. HyFleet offers best in class efficiency and resilience. HyFleet includes the revolutionary Smart Bank panel that enables parallel gas processing.
Compression Cooler
The compression cooler is paired to HyFleet, chilling the Hydrogen before, during and after compression, ensuring any pressure losses due to gas cooling in storage are minimised.
Dispensing Cooler
Dispensing coolers are paired with HyFlow dispensers to ensure compliance with J2601 protocols. Our platform based approach allows chillers to be configures to T20, T30 and T40 protocols, upto 120g/s mass flow rates.
HySentinel
HySentinel is FCSL's proprietary site control and monitoring system. HySentinel is built in compliance with process control and equipment safety standards to connect to each of installed equipment as well as external sensors to monitor the site and ensure safe shutdown in the event of a fault.
