- Don't make fun of anyone.
- Show respect to those who disagree with you.
- Put yourself in someone's shoes.
- Avoid rude words and name-calling.
- Offer help when you see someone crying or upset.
- Avoid physical contact.
- Everyone has strengths and weaknesses.
- Follow the same rules for the internet.

- when you see someone getting bullied, talk to a teacher, to your family or to another trusted adult.
