All ABE staff who work in distance learning must complete the online course Distance and Blended Learning Basics for Minnesota Adult Education or participate in a DL 101/Best Practices in Digital Learning cohort. Staff must complete the online course within three months of beginning to work in the area of DL (existing staff) or within three months of employment (new staff), unless they have completed, or are in the process of completing DL 101/Best Practices in Digital Learning.
