II) WHAT DO WE NEED? William says that the potential for green jobs in nature-based solutions is really significant. If you are knowledgeable on sustainability and conservation but that you also have expertise in finance and business management, you can apply these skills in a green job. According to Isabelle, students should not worry too much about the diploma they have. For instance, even without a science degree, you can still look for a green job. What counts is people's skills and how they can fit in a green job because people working across every sector are in demand. William adds that it is an advantage to bring in more perspectives because it enhances creativity and the potential for finding solutions.
I) INTRODUCTION / In this video, William insists that we are currently facing 3 challenges. 1) we need to avert the climate crisis 2) we need to reverse the biodiversity crisis, 3) we need to meet the needs of 10 to 11 bn people.
III) CONCLUSION/ William concludes by saying that the moment we lose hope is the moment we lose the battle. By 2050, we should reach net zero as a global community. 30 years ago, we didn't have the Internet or wr didn't use smartphones. It doesn't mean that technology is going to be our fix here but it certainly shows how the world can change in a dramatic way.

We understand that the green economy and green jobs are going to play a more and more important part in the whole economy.
Yet a distinction must be drawn between employment in green economic sectors from an output perspective and job functions in all sectors from an environmentally friendly process perspective.
Thus, by putting environmental concerns at the core of its CSR policies and by adopting eco-friendly measures, any company today can act for sustainable development and conservation.
