ForDiL's first objective is to promote continuous cover forestry (CCF) approach. CCMF relies on species and age diversity and precise, selective management of trees to be harvested in order to maintain continuous forest cover while promoting natural regeneration.

Objectif 2 Marteloscopes & travailloscopes

Well done, you have achieved the second ForDiL objective!

ForDiL relies on the development of marteloscopes/travailloscopes in partner countries to serve as training laboratories for teaching a wide audience about SMCC management, from beginner to expert level.

Objectif 3 Digital application & European dimension

Well done, you have achieved the third ForDiL objective!

In combination with the marteloscopes/travailloscopes, the ForDiL digital application aims to promote independent learning of SMCC. ForDiL includes Belgian, French and Czech partners active in the forestry training sector, promoting the dissemination of information to a wide range of audiences.
