The team innovates to extend Girlguiding’s reach for more girls to have a Girlguiding experience and build their confidence. We create and pilot Girlguiding-inspired experiences that meet girls where they are, for example in schools. By 2025, we’ll have tested 6 pioneering ideas, scaled up a standout initiative, and built a gold-standard innovation model for the future.
