Electric heater modules

Two 5 kW integrated heaters efficiently support NOx conversion during startup and low-load conditions. They provide consistent heat through a 48-volt alternator mounted to the engine, connected via cold pins.

Ancillary piping

Insulated piping that connects the Heater-DOC-DPF assembly with the Heater-SCR assembly. Size may vary, and inlets/outlets are configurable to suit OEM installation preferences.

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)

The SCR features a parallel flow design to reduce backpressure by 44%, improve thermal management and limit space claim.

Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)

Captures fine particles from engine combustion. Designed to meet stricter PM limits without increasing catalyst size or reducing service intervals.

Tailpipe

Provided by the OEM, the tailpipe includes NOx and temperature sensors to ensure regulatory compliance.

Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)

Converts carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC), and some particulate matter (PM) into less harmful substances like carbon dioxide (CO₂) and water vapor. Also helps enable regeneration of the diesel particulate filter (DPF).

Body Mixer

DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) is injected only once—in the body mixer. This chamber ensures thorough mixing to trigger the necessary reactions before reaching the SCR system.
