• If you plan to run payroll after the final class of the day, the data from that class will not be included in the current day’s report. To ensure all information is captured, please wait until the following day for the most up-to-date data to sync into Insights.

• Payroll calculations only takes place from the date the pay rate is first added. It will not apply to classes that occurred before the pay rate was added to the instructor’s profile.
