Set Custom Transactions for Users
Learn how to change default transaction types for individual customers and reset access to default settings if needed.
The default transactions visible to customers are set in Configuration > Transactions. You can override these on a per-customer basis by following the steps below: 1. Log in to the portal. 2. Select Customer Accounts from the navigation menu.

3. Select the Settings icon next to a customer's name in the Actions column. 4. In the new window, select or deselect the documents you want the customer to access. 5. (Optional) Click Reset Defaults to restore the customer’s access to the dealership default settings.

6. Click Save and Close to apply the changes. 7. A Custom Transactions icon will appear next to the customer’s name, indicating their access differs from the default.
