An Engineer’ not found processing timesheet error message may appear if the engineer number is missing or invalid in CLAAS Service Office PRO. Follow the steps below to ensure that the engineer is mapped correctly from Gold.
1. In Gold, navigate to Wholegoods/ Workshop > Engineer Rates and enter the Engineers’ employee number. 2. If a window opens with the engineers details, this indicates that the engineer exists on Gold. Select OK to close the window.

3. Under System Management, select Set-Up and Security > Personnel Security File 4. Select the engineer from the list. 5. If the engineer doesn’t need to access Gold and only CLAAS DSM, we recommend the following settings: within the Security tab, set the first value of the Access Codes to 99 and the rest to 0.
