Resolving Validation Issues
Any job with information that cannot be matched to Gold will be put into the validation queue in the Gold Portal. Log in to the Gold Portal and select CLAAS DSM Validation to view the list. Contact your System Administrator if this option isn’t visible for you. Select the numbers on the right to view common issues and next steps.
1. Engineer’ not found processing timesheet The Engineer number is missing or invalid in CLAAS Service Office PRO and cannot be matched to Gold. Click on this icon to follow our user guide to ensure the engineer is mapped correctly.

3. Missing machine serial number The wholegood in Gold for this job does not have the serial number set to match CLAAS. Within Gold, locate the machine and enter the serial number in the serial number field.
