introduction to PROFFORMANCE Short courses
The PROFFORMANCE+ project offers a complete set of short, self-paced online courses designed specifically for higher education teachers and education professionals. These courses are freely accessible and aim to enhance teaching quality through interactive microlearning modules.
The course modules were carefully designed, peer-reviewed by experts, and tested to ensure they are user-friendly and relevant to contemporary higher education challenges.
Course Structure and Themes
The short courses are organized around the project’s four priority and four thematic areas
