"To be effective as a technology-using language teacher in the future, you will need to view yourself as a lifelong learner in the technology realm". Hubbard ( 2021, p.78).

skills that teachers should develop to implement call successfully

Teachers must trust in her abilities to use technological tools because most of they feel unsecure. But also it is important to mention that sometimes the policies are not effective and also teachers do not have time to prcatice or get familiarized with the tools available in each institution. It will be relevant for teachers to get familiarized with two tools because ocassionally using many tools at once can be exhausting and cofusing. “Language teachers actively strive to expand their skill and knowledge base to evaluate, adopt, and adapt emerging technologies throughout their careers.” (Hubbard, 2021, p. 62).
