Çanakkale Victory & Martyrs’ Day

🕊 What is it about? March 18 marks the great victory of Turkish soldiers in the Gallipoli Campaign during World War I. In 1915, brave soldiers defended their homeland against powerful enemy forces. It is a day to remember the heroes who gave their lives for freedom and honor. 🌟 Why is it important? The Çanakkale Victory showed the world the power of courage, unity, and sacrifice. It was also the beginning of the leadership journey of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of modern Türkiye.
🏛️ Activity: "Çanakkale Street" ExhibitionOur students created a symbolic "Çanakkale Street" at school! 🧱 Each corner tells a story from the battle 👣 Visitors walked through history, felt the emotion, and honored the memory of the martyrs. 👷♂️ What is it about?Labour Day celebrates the contributions of workers and the value of hard work. It’s a special day to say “thank you” to the helping hands that build our world! 💪 Why is it important? It teaches children about different jobs, fairness, and the dignity of labor.

Math Week helps students explore, create, and enjoy learning in creative ways.

eTwinning Day Celebration📅 Date:may 9 We celebrated the spirit of international collaboration! Students gave interviews and shared their project experiences. Colorful boards and project stands were displayed around the school. It was a joyful day of learning, sharing, and connection!

🐣 Easter Crafts Week 📅 Date: April (varies) 📍 Country: Romania
🎨 What is it about? Easter Crafts Week is a joyful time before Orthodox Easter. Children get creative with symbols of spring: eggs, bunnies, flowers, and light! 🌼 Why is it important? It’s a mix of tradition, art, and fun — teaching cultural values through play.
- 🖌️ Activity: Easter Art Workshop
- Children painted colorful eggs 🥚, made bunny masks 🐰, and decorated baskets with flowers!
- 🎶 They also sang Easter songs and listened to warm springtime stories.
