Let's go!
Scope
SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), SDG 15 (Life on Land), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). We recognize the interconnectedness of the SDGs and value organizations whose work positively impacts multiple goals.
At Genially, we believe in the power of ideas that transform and create a positive impact. This policy establishes our framework for collaboration with non-profit organizations whose work resonates with our values and mission to enhance communication and creativity to generate a positive impact on society or the environment. We seek to help organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment and tangible results in these areas of action in a differentiated manner. Primarily, we seek to support initiatives that contribute to SDG 4 (Quality Education),
Our collaboration policy with NGOs explicitly aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Scope
On the other hand, at Genially we recognize that the definition and legal status of non-profit organizations or NGOs vary significantly worldwide, often being formalized by local legislation. However, at Genially, we have defined our own criteria and priorities for these collaborations. Therefore, some organizations legally constituted as NGOs under their respective laws may not be considered within the scope of this policy if their focus and objectives do not align with our emphasis on social or environmental impact and the other requirements we present in this document. Within the realm of commercial autonomy, Genially reserves the right to define the eligibility criteria for its discounts, with the caveat of not engaging in discrimination based on legally protected categories (race, religion, sexual orientation, among others) and specifying that the application of such discounts responds to Genially's own criteria, refraining from promoting them indiscriminately as "available to all associations or foundations".
